As a trained professional in quality management in Health Insurance and Health Insurance Marketing in addition to my experience in Business Development and Marketing, Client Services, Quality assurance/case management, where I carried out responsibilities such as identifying and targeting key clients, ensuring proper planning, and selling of company products, client enrolment, coordinating presentations of Health Plans and their benefits I do not compromise in standard.
I am trained in Quality management and Marketing (Health Insurance). As a trained Client services officer, I maintained close communication with clients to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. I engage in day-to-day customer service by receiving and answering their queries, resolving emerging issues.
I carried out responsibilities such as ensuring promotion and positioning of product & services, keeping abreast of trends and changes in business world. I engaged in Proper client enrolment, Quality assurance, and carrying out sensitization programs for enrolled clients.
I am currently studying International Business Management. I have certifications in Managing as a coach, Data Quality, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
