She is the Managing Partner at Open Concept Financial Group, where she leads initiatives focused on holistic financial planning and multi-generational wealth strategies. As founder of Good Work Collective, she develops scalable, inclusive tools for a digital future. With experience in business consulting, mental health advocacy, and a strong academic foundation (Ivey BBA, Rotman EMBA), she blends strategic thinking with a passion for purpose-driven impact.

Winnie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management, specializing in health system transformation. She is also a certified Positive Psychology Practitioner.
