I’ve been working for Lake Country Co-op since I was 14 old, and developed lots of experience with retail. right now I am currently working as the assistant team leader. I have trained my current manager and Air Ronge‘s assistant team leader.
I want to be with my family more as I have a one year old daughter for the reason why I am going to leave my position with Lake Country Co-op
My current role is to guide a team, and train them for future roles they possibly go into. I currently have about 20 employees, I do the hiring and discipline, I also do the scheduling, receiving, ordering, and budgeting. I run data every week to see how my sales are doing each week, I do keep files for everything, I am organized I keep my files alphabetically, and can keep confidential topics to the employers. I lead monthly meetings with my team and tell them where we could improve on, or what's falling behind. I also make sure all items are going into the system so they can scan at the tills, I must do cost checking every two weeks to make sure we are making a healthy margin.
