Onondaga Camp - Head of Water Skiing

Responsible for leading, motivating and supervising 16 staff for the camp’s learn-to-ski and skill enhancement programs.

• Required effective communications and disciplined work habits.
• Trained campers of all ages to learn to wakeboard, waterski or barefoot. 
• Delivered supplemental sessions for further skills development with those looking to excel
• Trained LITs (Leaders In Training) to run and help with these activities.

Built and ran a profitable window cleaning business in southern Ontario.

• Recruited and organized a small team of workers to provide window cleaning services.
• Promoted business to residential and corporate clients across Ontario.
• Worked diligently with partners to problem-solve and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated skill and competency in cleaning windows and eaves requiring careful job estimation, price negotiation and collections with a focus on client satisfaction.

Planned and implemented various camp programs for campers aged 14 to 15 years old.

• Worked with co-counselors to provide a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
• Worked as a member of the water ski staff to teach water skiing, wakeboarding, and all other watersports.
