Primarily responsible for Technical Delivery & Project Management along with comprehensive Data Engineering and BI Data Analytics Program management for
Buck Operations. Working closely with stakeholders to groom product backlog.
End to End delivery for both Enterprise level and mid-small-scale projects including scope, risk, cloud data migrations, design, test & execution. Responsible for delivery by Scrum Agile methodology (using Jira) and SDLC for waterfall projects.
Defining Yearly Roadmap, Coordination with Global Business Stakeholders,
Project Teams & Executive, Technology Sales, Customer and Vendor
Management. Resource Planning & Allocation, Build Effective team, Budget
Allocation, Evaluate ROI for various projects and assignments. Team Size 20
