Quality Assurance Inspector - Nova Pack LTD.

• Perform hourly inspection of production lines
• Perform in-process and finished goods inspections on a regular basis to ensure packaging activities are executed following Nova Pack procedures
• Perform receiving and shipping QA activities
• Perform all activities following Nova Pack SOP
• Assist with issuance of work orders to the packaging line
• Approve issuance of materials & products to a packaging line at the beginning and during execution of a work order
• Review the work order and other documents associated with the packaging activities for GDP, accuracy and completeness. Provide timely feedback to Production personnel and Team Leader QA when issues are noted
• Verify material and product reconciliation during packaging
• Identify any deviations during the packaging process and report to the Team Leader QA or Supervisor QA
• Assist in quality related investigations
• Assist QA management in regulatory, Client and self-inspection audits
• Perform other duties as required

Production Technician - APOTEX INC.

Good understanding of 5S and WHMIS

• Operating packaging equipment's according GMPs and SOPs in safely manners
• Clean, Setup line with doing mechanical change over for production and packaging for new batches
• Working experience with labeler, cartons, case tapper, webinar, portable printer, shrink wrap bundler
• Prepare and complete all documents according to GMP
• Trouble shooting and solving issues
