I’m a senior technical leader with over 15 years of experience in software development, architecture, and operations. I’ve led cross-functional teams, built scalable cloud solutions, and helped align tech strategies with business goals. I’m passionate about improving processes, tackling complex challenges, and bringing folks together across engineering, product, and business to make meaningful things happen.

• Championed a culture of psychological safety, enabling team members to innovate, learn from failure, and deliver their best work in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
• Led cross-functional DevOps initiatives, modernizing CI/CD pipelines and orchestrating scalable cloud infrastructure to support business-critical applications.
• Pioneered the adoption of Federated Search for S3 in Splunk—becoming one of the first in Canada to implement it—presenting the success story at the Splunk Toronto User Group.

I studied Computer Science and have continued to grow my skills through ongoing training in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and leadership development. I’m a big believer in continuous learning and have completed certifications and hands-on training in areas like AWS, Kubernetes, and observability tooling to stay current and effective in my role.
