- Lead driver for deliveries across Northern Ontario
- If not driver, I was a helper to the driver where I helped with unloading the truck, merchandising the ice for the customers, handling checks and money transfers and sometimes loading or unloading freezers.
- Customer service would be a big part of my job where oftentimes we were the only contact the customers had with the company.
Operating room attendant, casual position at Health Sciences North (2024-01 – Present)
- Responsible for cleaning operating rooms, moving patients
- Work alongside nursing staff to make sure operating rooms are ready for surgery
Stock and Customer Service at Metro Grocery Department (2021-01 – 2022-12)
- Move new stock to the shelves and to load and unload the delivery trucks.
- Occasionally help customers bring groceries to their car, clean up the floors if something is dropped and bring shopping carts into the store and sanitize them for the shoppers.
- Interact with customers and help them find whatever it is they need. Interactions can be done in person or sometimes over the phone.
Visitor Experience and Workshop Facilitator at Science North (2019-01 – 2022-12)
- Interacting with visitors and providing a great visitor experience.
- In charge of organizing and delivering workshops to the visitors.
- Workshops would include organ dissections, table games that would test a person's different abilities, arts and crafts and one of the more recent activities was to teach visitors the process of how your immune system reacts when it is introduced to the covid 19 vaccine.
- Managed one of our theaters on the 4th floor and would often interact with visitors on the floor and answer any questions they may have about the exhibits.
