• Developed and ran a health & safety department that oversaw four tech centers and ensured the buildings and work practices of employees were compliant with Provincial OHS regulations
• Implemented a safety program consisting of checklists and report forms that utilized power automate to automatically update excel and send email alert notifications to employees
• Facilitated weekly safety meetings to identify risks in the workplace and coordinate a plan to resolve the risks
