Compliance, and Payroll Data Integrity while guiding and supporting a team of payroll analysts.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of payroll analysts responsible for day-to-day payroll processing and acted as the approver of all payrolls.

Process Improvement: Streamlined employee onboarding and offboarding processes with IT, Finance, Safety,
and facilities using various system integrations and ServiceNow workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborated with HR teams on offer letter reviews, service award program, benefits administration, compensation policies, and employee programs.
Financial Reconciliation: Reconciled all payroll general ledger accounts and ensured timely payment of monthly and quarterly dues to CRA accounts, WCB, United Way, and annual preparation and balancing of T4s.
System Enhancements: Led system updates, enhancements, and integrations with other HR or finance systems.
