I have worked as Technical support for AT&T customers, where i have to Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced and Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
I also worked as Human Resource Specialist for freshfind Canada. I was responsible for hiring new individuals to our team and provide them orientation training and all other useful resources for the daily work.
Im currently working as executive concierge come assistant administer for a condo in GTA. It there where I use my leadership, and rapid response skills to overcome day to day challenges. i supervise a team of 8-10 members and I also support the building manager with accounting and financial fiscals.
I did post graduation in Human resource management from Niagara college Toronto. Im graduated with overall 3.9gpa and was honored with Dean Honor Roll. I received scholarship or my studies
