I started my career as a Techno Business Analyst and have been working in IT from past 11 years.

I am Scrum master certified and have extensive knowledge in facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Product Backlog estimations, daily scrums, Sprint Retros. I am certified SAFe Agile POPM as well.

I worked as a Business analyst cum Process engineer for one of the largest business unit in Wells Fargo and handled identifying RPA relevant opportunity performing benefit analysis and handling requirements throughout delivery. I have worked with very large cross functional teams producing required deliverables.

My roles and responsibilities include performing requirement gathering, interview with stakeholders or business SMEs. My primary responsibility is to oversee the work that is being done by the vendors and ensuring the defined process is being followed and are SAFe compliant. I am responsible in writing Scope Documents, UAT Kick-off and FSDs(Functional Specification Document). We are using SAFE methodology and I take care of creating PIs, ARTs, Epics, Features, Stories and back log grooming.
