I help creators and entrepreneurs succeed — not by managing their account, but by genuinely connecting with them as people.
For the past four years, I've been the primary success partner for a community of online entrepreneurs at Jeff Walker's Launch Club. I own the full member journey: every onboarding call, every check-in, every moment someone goes quiet and needs someone to reach out. I've personally turned cancellation conversations into renewed commitments — not through scripts, but because I take the time to understand what's really going on and help people find their footing again.
I'm equally comfortable in the data side of the work. I track engagement signals daily, build monthly analytics reports that translate community health into actionable strategy, and design workflows that make sure nothing falls through the cracks — whether that's an onboarding touchpoint, a milestone celebration, or a reactivation outreach.
Before moving into community and customer success, I spent five years as a certified transformational coach working 1:1 with entrepreneurs. That background isn't a detour — it's why I'm good at this. I know how to listen past the surface problem, how to build trust quickly, and how to help someone move forward when they feel stuck.

Launch Club Community Leader-June 2021-Present-Jeff Walker
As Community Leader for the Launch Club — the membership community supporting Jeff Walker's Product Launch Formula program — I serve as a mindset coach, strategist, connector, and champion for a community of online entrepreneurs.
-Conducting one-on-one onboarding calls with every new member, building trust, setting personalized 90-day goals and milestones, and creating a clear, confident path forward inside the program.
-Running structured accountability check-ins at 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months — proactively addressing roadblocks before they derail progress.
-Coaching members through mindset blocks and operational challenges with equal skill, using 8+ years of transformational coaching experience.
-Leading enrollment conversations as part of our enrollment team — bringing 10 new members into the program within my first 8 months through genuine, consultative connection.
-Managing community health metrics, content strategy, weekly recognition, and monthly celebration campaigns to sustain an engaged, thriving community.
-Collaborating cross-functionally with program directors, copy teams, and coaches to refine frameworks, develop communication plans, and improve member experience
-Mentoring and leading team members, delegating effectively, and consistently bringing new ideas that are put into practice.
Launch Club Navigator-July 2021-January 2022-Jeff Walker In this role I served as the operational and client success backbone of the Launch Club program — the connective tissue between coaches, members, and leadership.
-Acting as the primary liaison between coaches, members, and program management, ensuring communication, timelines, and deliverables stayed on track
