Ritty Augustine

As a Pharmacy Assistant at Guardian Pharmacy, I support the daily operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing, inventory, and customer service. I apply my knowledge and skills in pharmacy, acquired from my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, to ensure the quality and safety of the products and services provided to the customers. I also adhere to the relevant regulatory and ethical standards and guidelines for pharmacy practice.

Prior to joining Guardian Pharmacy, I worked as a Regulatory Specialist at GSK for over four years, where I coordinated and supported the development, submission, and maintenance of regulatory documents for pharmaceutical products. I demonstrated my expertise in interpreting and implementing regulatory guidelines, preparing and reviewing regulatory documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities, and providing guidance and support to team members on regulatory matters. I also contributed to the improvement of regulatory processes and systems, such as Veeva Vault, Liquent Insight, Citrix, and Archiving.

I received multiple certifications and recognitions for my regulatory performance and skills, such as the QPOT Certified Trainer (RIMS - Veeva) and the Verified International Academic Qualifications.
