As a Pharmacy Assistant at Guardian Pharmacy, I support the daily operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing, inventory, and customer service. Prior to joining Guardian Pharmacy, I worked as a Regulatory Specialist at GSK for over four years, where I coordinated and supported the development, submission, and maintenance of regulatory documents for pharmaceutical products. I demonstrated my expertise in interpreting and implementing regulatory guidelines, preparing and reviewing regulatory documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities, and providing guidance and support to team members on regulatory matters. I also contributed to the improvement of regulatory processes and systems, such as Veeva Vault, Liquent Insight, Citrix, and Archiving. I received multiple certifications and recognitions for my regulatory performance and skills, such as the QPOT Certified Trainer (RIMS - Veeva) and the Verified International Academic Qualifications.
