As a team leader, I have trained and resolved major quality issues while conducting risk assessments, identifying hazards, monitoring CCP, and submitting non-conformances, incident reports, CAPA, and root cause analysis reports.

I hold a Master of Science in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Pune, India.

Through my studies, I have gained a thorough understanding of microbiological techniques, aseptic lab techniques, media preparations, sterilization, and handling lab instruments.
