With over 13 years of sales and account management experience across national and international brands, I have an expansive knowledge of the media landscape, inclusive of research, planning, and measurement tools. Most recently, working on the Atlantic Lottery, Cavendish and Nature’s Way accounts have provided the experience needed be successful in this role, while extensive time on the business development team has given me a proven track record of new business acquisition, and existing client growth.
Currently, I am the Director, Client Services at Time & Space, a media, and strategy agency. In this role, I oversee a team of seven ranging from coordinators to supervisors ensuring that everything from planning, client management, strategy and execution adheres to the expectations of the agency. I am responsible for client support, employee satisfaction, P&L, and growing overall business. Leveraging data, insights, and client objectives, I was able to increase client budgets by 34% YoY, by securing a new channel of business.
