Been a Manager in Saskatoon Airport for 2 years dealing with unionized environment. I am please to say that I never had any grievance during my stint as I always exercise magnanimous to everyone. I am a good listener and I believe you have to to better solve any conflict at work. People respected me as there Manager and everyone is happy to work that resonates to our service to the travelling public.
I had a degree in Bachelor of Science, Major in Criminology (Philippines) and was accredited by IQAS in Edmonton.
