I am an experienced Executive Chef with more than 9 years managing kitchens in Canada and more than 15 years of cooking experience in Mexico and Canada. Graduated from Culinary Bachelors in Mexico City and Red Seal certified un AB Canada.
I managed 5 years one of the most profitable and successful restaurants in Calgary, Native Tongues Taqueria. After that I took over the position of Corporate for Thank You Hospitality to launch and oversee Native Tongues, A1Cantina and Fonda Fora, the 3 Mexican restaurants of the company.
Bachelors in culinary: restaurant management, food science and kitchen technique, 5 years in Mexico City.
I obtained my Red seal certification in Canada in 2014.
