I am a newly graduated student with a certificate in network system specialist about a month ago and I graduated from 2 diploma programs and majored in financial services and telecommunication a couple of years ago.
I chose to be in the IT field because I’ve been interested in Information Technology, and nowadays everything is related to this field.
Throughout the course of my learning from school, I have learned about networking, virtualization, Servers management, hardware, and troubleshooting.
I have a half year of working experience as a fiber optic technician for a TELUS contractor company, during my previous job, except for installing fiber to customers' houses, sales and customer service is needed as well. Sometimes I receive tickets to fix customers’ issues, some are related to hardware and some of them are software problems.
I know I lack experience, but I think this is one of my advantages, since I am a blank slate, I am ready to learn and do things in your way. I am very excited to learn new knowledge and face upcoming challenges.
I would describe myself as a Chameleon, which is unflappable, adaptable, calm, and observant.

I have 8 months of experience working as a Fiber optic technician, the main responsibility is setting up the network for customers such as installing modems, wireless access points, etc., and troubleshooting when there any problems related to network connectivity and latency.
