I will graduate from my master's in Information Studies from McGill University next December and I am ready to start the next chapter of my life as an information professional as soon as January 2025.
My main professional interests are Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Management, Problem Solving, Knowledge Sharing and Geopolitics. "Information" is a single word which has a wide range of meanings, uses, and users. Whether it is on an individual level, or as a team, between different levels within a company or between various organizations, it matters to me that information is understood better, can be found easily, attached to its relevant context, and shared conveniently to the people that need it. I understand that very well.
My number one quality is how well I adapt. To teams, their needs, work environments, situations, new learnings. I have traveled in my personal and professional life and I am comfortable with new people and places. I also like a challenge, I like working in general, especially as a team member. I like to use my skills, knowlede and creativity to contribute in making a difference for the best in the projects I'm involved in.
As for my main personal interests, I play volleyball and soccer, I travel, I like to try different coffee shops, read a lot, write in my journal and play the guitar and the piano.
I was an assistant librarian for a year at the Neuro Institute of Montreal as a paid internship with McGill University in 2020-2021.
I am a pharmacy technician relief in Quebec. I have worked contracts in Quebec City, Montreal, Kuujjuaq (Inuit community), Mistissini (Cree Community) and more. I am confident and competent in fulfilling a pharmacy technician's tasks, negotiate contract terms and communicate directly with clients, travel to numerous places of employment and work away from home for varying periods of time. I adapt to fill the diverse needs of different work environments and quickly adjust and fit into new teams.
