I am an enthusiastic, bubbly and productive employee who thrives on providing exceptional customer service. I've been working in front office positions and back of house positions for the past 15 years. My special skills that I have mastered include an impressive and masterful phone etiquette and empathetic listening.

I have spent the last two years in staffing but I would prefer to return to a front desk personnel role where I excel and can interact with the public and engage in meaningful customer service interactions.

I have a degree in Sociology from Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario and a diploma in Advanced Legal (Office) Administration from Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario.
