I am a Computer Science Engineer with a strong background in Technical Support Industry. I spent the last four years working as a Technical Support Engineer, where I developed strong technical and communication skills by helping clients with their computer software and hardware. I have trained a team of individuals on travel-based software that helped me gain leadership and problem-solving skills. I have added project management as a skillset recently. I’m ready to gain exposure and experience as a project manager.
I have four years of work experience in the travel and technical support industry. My work experience includes roles such as Sr. Travel Desk Associate, Sr. Technical Support Executive, Travel Sales Associate, and Technical Support Executive. I have successfully led teams, provided customer support, processed customer requests, and helped with flight bookings. I have also conducted training and mentorship for new team members, used tools to identify future customer requirements, and provided ongoing support to external teams during the sales process. I have also been involved in key performance indicator tracking and reporting for leadership.
I have a combination of both education and professional training. I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Chitkara University in Baddi, India, in July 2017. Additionally, I am pursuing advanced IT project management at Lambton College in Toronto, which I started in January 2022.
