My most relevant education is a Diploma in Information Technology (IT). This program provided me with a comprehensive understanding of IT concepts, including computer systems, software development, networking, and database management. I gained practical skills in troubleshooting technical issues, operating various software and hardware systems, and analyzing data. This education equips me with the knowledge and abilities to effectively utilize technology in a cashier role, including operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
