This quote opened my feelings and thinking of being just a product of my environment (parents, heritage, schooling etc.). I am the Creator; I am the Designer of my life story.
Here I am, living and working for the last 25 years as an educator in different leadership positions around the globe (Germany, Finland, Asia and North America), connecting, collaborating and learning with people from over 35 nationalities. It shaped me to be a transformative leader who embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion to encourage, inspire and empower humans to innovate and create change that will nurture growth and shape the future success of their surrounding communities.
My goal is to use my practice and research in the service of economic, environmental and social justice in organizations to raise awareness and enhance humans’ ability to address equity, ethics, and social justice issues. Nurturing an inspired mindset for pursuing collaborative solutions to local and global problems.

I have 20-plus years of experience in international education across Asia, North America and Europe.
I am pursuing a Doctorate in Social Justice Leadership and Management through my commitment to social action, human education, and critical pedagogy.
