Being in the hospitality sector, I came across the Front Office; ever since, the department fascinated me. Being at the Front Desk challenged me every day and accomplishing those challenges has been exciting.
I have spent a few months working in In Room Dining as an Order Taker. The position taught me how to handle the shift and responsibilities while training colleagues. The position made my confidence grow and taught me to respect everyone.
After that, I came across Front Desk as a Front Office Associate or Guest Service Agent where I discovered myself being more confident and problem-solving while providing exceptional guest satisfaction. I have spent a year at the Front Desk.
