Sammy Kihumba

I am a certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) graduate from Algonquin College, with one year of hands-on experience in a long-term care home. During this time, I have developed strong practical skills that allow me to perform my duties with competence and compassion. In addition to being trained in the Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA), I have also had the privilege of working in a Butterfly Home setting, which has further enhanced my ability to provide person-centered, empathetic care to residents living with dementia.

I have one year of experience working as a Personal Support Worker at Miramichi Lodge in Pembroke, Ontario, where I provided compassionate, client-centered care to residents in a long-term care setting.
