About

After what was a supposed to be a temporary part-time roll providing small administrative tasks in 2019, I found a new passion Bookkeeping.

Over the last 7 years I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of businesses including sole proprietors, small to medium businesses, and nonprofit organizations. After spending 4 years working directly with a bookkeeper where we handled a wide variety of tasks for multiple organizations, I opted to make a change and work directly with a nonprofit. This experience gave me intimate knowledge of the challenges nonprofits face.

I had the opportunity to see the process of hunting down funding for projects, connect with other nonprofit organizations Canada wide, meet with government departments, all while sharpening my skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and fund accounting. After a short stint working on the frontline of that nonprofit, I am ready to get back to focusing on my first love, bookkeeping.

I am looking for an opportunities Canada wide, where I can apply and grow the knowledge I have. If you are reading this and wondering what other skills I may have, please reach out! I would love to chat with you and see how I can help
