My experience working with new immigrants as a communication assistant, would be an asset to work for non-profit organizations. Amongst my strengths, I would point out my ability to identify clients’ needs and research the necessary resources to help them integrate in Canadian Society within fast-based environment. In my recent role as a Youth and Family Counsellor at Woods Homes in Calgary, I was responsible for providing intensive case management and therapeutic support to children, youth, and their families. My duties included conducting case conferences, developing intervention strategies, and collaborating with schools, healthcare providers, and families to ensure comprehensive support. This experience has honed my ability to assess client needs, develop detailed case plans, and coordinate services efficiently with skills.
