I hold an MA in Counselling Psychology and a BA (Honours) in Psychology with a Concentration in Developmental Psychology. I am a licensed Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with experience in Counselling/ Psychotherapy, Psycho-Educational Assessments, Research, Academic/ Executive Function Coaching and Teaching. I have completed training in Trauma and Grief work, and am currently completing training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.
