Experience
Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics for transportation, shipping, receiving, and heavy-equipment operations.
Create, monitor, and prepare daily report and updates on key tasks of QIL.
Prepare service descriptions and service proposals to clients, also follow up with clients on services quoted or rendered.
Follow-up on contract award with the client and ensures that any questions are answered in accordance with the company's policies.
Follow-up and investigate on client concerns or special requests and provide direction.
Assist in the negotiation and management of contracts and service agreements with third party suppliers and/or service providers as requested.
Suggest and prepare proposals for new services in line with market demand.
Monitor stock of supplies and order supplies as needed.
Ensure list of employees for insurance is updated on a continual basis.
