Sherri Henderson

I have owned my business for nearly 13 years and a passionate contemplative leader and change maker who is exploring the integration of what it means to be organically human, digitally mindful, and collectively conscious.

I have a strong background in early childhood development, love working with children, youth and families and wrote my thesis on the impacts of technology on children and youth.

I have 30 years working with children in either a volunteer capacity (ie. scouting, babysitting, ski instructor) or professionally (ie. speech therapy assistant, early childhood and child care). I have my own company that has led community level meditation workshops, kids yoga workshops, and developed workshops and programs for children, youth, families and adults.

My undergrad was focused early childhood development, speech language development and psychology. I am certified in kids yoga, meditation instructor, spiritual care and have a masters degree in mindfulness.
