In this role, I provided education to clients on account services, resolved inquiries related to statements and account balances, and addressed concerns and complaints promptly. I also coordinated client compliance and due diligence requests, provided technical assistance to merchants for payouts and settlements, and ensured accurate transaction execution and compliance with service level agreements.
Prior to that, I worked as a Relationship Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd from January 2021 to September 2021.
