Rachael's experience spans various banking departments, from general operations to business development management. In her business development role, she was involved in key decision-making processes, sales, and financing for numerous businesses and real estate ventures, including property purchases for clients. She successfully managed a portfolio of over 500 key customers, ensuring their expectations and corporate objectives were met.
Her responsibilities also included market analysis, intelligence gathering, and cultivating strong client relationships through superior customer service. Rachael played an active role in a major merger and acquisition project that significantly impacted the Nigerian financial sector. Furthermore, she led sales and operations teams in transforming underperforming branches into profitable entities.
