Lead a QA team of 6-10 manual and automation testers across multiple concurrent projects in the Utilities, Banking, and Telecom domains.

Redesigned the regression testing approach and automation coverage, cutting the regression cycle from 2 weeks to 4 days without compromising quality.
Architect and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Eggplant, TestNG, Appium, and Karate for web, mobile, and API test coverage.
Built and scaled API automation suites using Rest Assured and Karate, integrated into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for continuous regression feedback.
Own end-to-end test planning, estimation, and resourcing for onsite engagements, coordinating directly with client stakeholders on scope, risk, and release readiness.
