I am a PhD Candidate specializing in DEI-driven policy and programming development; I have 10+ years of experience working in the education, arts and culture, health, and development sectors in Canada and across the Americas, developing and implementing Gender-based Analysis Plus. My strengths include intersectional analysis, outstanding multistakeholder engagement, and confident facilitation skills in addition to powerful public speaking and partnership-building abilities. Additionally, I possess native fluency in English and Spanish, and intermediate fluency in French.
