Real Property Analyst by day - Designer by night

I work at Correctional Service Canada in the the Real Property team as a Property Analyst. I provide strategic advice and recommendations to management for various projects. Working at NHQ includes leading projects such as the disposal, acquisition, licenses, leases and easement for the Federal Penitentiaries. My job is to provide real property advice to management and apply federal government policies related to the management of real property.

I have completed my college diploma in Advanced Interior Design at La Cité Collégiale, Ottawa and multiple courses related to Real Property at the Canada School of Public Service. During my studies, I have learned about building codes, project planning and management, stakeholder relationship management, fiscal analysis, procurement process and the history of architecture which is critical in the Canadian government to preserve our historical value.
