I'm a pro at customer service, I have been working with patients or customers all my life. 100% bilingual English and French, written and spoken. My goal is to always give a perfect customer service experience, I never want to see or hear that my client wasn't fully happy of his experience with my services. I have a pharmacy technician diploma, a field that I've worked in during the first 15 years of my life.
I also have a diploma in medical and dental secretarial services. I know very well the Microsoft office suite and a lot of other computer programs. My smile is contagious, you can even know that I'm smiling over the phone.
I have a great sense of ethics and I am a very professional person. When I work in a team I like to make sure that everyone is heard and happy about whatever the matter is. I'm a very quick learner, always on time and live to work for the company that I'm representing.

The first 14 years of my life I have worked as a pharmacy technician in different pharmacies (Jean Coutu, Costco, Familiprix as a head pharmacy technician where I got to hire, train, fire, make reunions and really use all of my skills to make a team grow, and last but not least I went to Nunavut more precisely in Iqaluit for my last year as a laboratory pharmacy technician. A career that I loved but that unfortunately didn't have any salary advancement.
Ever since I have left that career I have completed my diploma as a medical and dental secretary to end up working for the past 8 years as an executive assistant for a primary bilingual private school, for a sanitary stainless steel company and administrative assistant positions, in clinics and I also always give my name to work for the elections as a secretary and I just love it!
