I've been immersed in the industry since the age of 18, starting as an apprentice with Scania and Volvo before honing my skills in maintenance at TTC and now mississauga transit. My journey has taken me from a skilled mechanic to a shift supervisor, showcasing my natural leadership abilities. Proficient in people management, I've spent the last 12 years contributing my expertise in Canada and now eagerly anticipate bringing my talents to the North West of England.
I completed a Level 3 City and Guilds program in both light and heavy vehicles. Beginning with a 3-year apprenticeship at Wirral Fuels, I then advanced to Scania for a 6-year tenure, where I engaged in their comprehensive master tech courses. Afterward, I embarked on an 8-year journey in Canada, contributing 6 years as a mechanic and 2 years as a Forman at Volvo. For the past 4.5 years, I've been an integral part of the Bus Maintenance team.
