I am a hard-working sailor who has been employed on the water for nearly two decades. I obtained a 150GT domestic certification with a contiguous waters voyage endorsement in July of 2014. I am seeking a full-time career with a forward-thinking company that will allow me to grow as a professional sailor and captain.

• Plan and execute safe navigational passage using navigational aids.
• Record vessel progress, crew activities, and weather and sea conditions in the ship's log

• Support ship assistance, line handling, and cargo loading/ unloading.
• Perform fire and security rounds and maintain gangway watch while in port.
• General upkeep and maintenance duties including: painting, cleaning, and planned maintenance work.
• Travel throughout the Great Lakes basin, incl. the Welland Canal and St. Lawrence Seaway, Eastern and Northern Canada.
• Bridgewatch when required; communicate with local traffic authorities, ship-to-ship, and with crew using VHF radios.
