I been in the hospitality industry for at least a year, but have worked in customer service for around 7+ years. I have been a self-taught bartender and worked in this position for 1+ year at japanese izakaya like DONDON downtown, and chinese izakaya like ON/OFF bar at yonge and finch. I hope to improve more efficiently by working with other bartenders in this industry. I love it as a hobby as well as a job and hope to keep doing it until I am satisfied with my knowledge of it.
