Post-doctoral researcher

• Determined the prevalence and risk factors of breast myopathies (spaghetti meat, woody breast, and white striping) in Ontario, Canada.
• Developed macroscopic and microscopic grading scheme to assess the severity of the breast myopathies (spaghetti meat, woody breast, and white striping).
• Conducted RNA-seq to identify differentially expressed genes between normal, spaghetti meat, and woody breast.
• Analyzed retrospective data of cormorants submitted to Ontario/Nunavut node of Canadian Wildlife Health Cooperative from 1998 to 2018.
