Hi! I'm Sydney with a diverse background in mining and recreation. I’m currently studying carpentry and have spent the past three years working in health & safety administration and site administration. At present, I work in project controls for an engineering company. I’m seeking part-time opportunities in data entry, typing, or general administrative roles to complement my experience and skills.

I have extensive experience in administration and project controls within the mining, construction, and engineering sectors. My roles have included supporting project mobilisation, compliance, procurement, reporting, and stakeholder coordination for major clients such as BHP, Rio Tinto, and Mineral Resources. I have worked in both FIFO and corporate settings, providing health and safety, site, and learning & development administration, as well as supporting maintenance and facility management operations. My background demonstrates strong skills in managing documentation, training logistics, and process improvement, with proficiency in a wide range of industry software. Currently, I am working in project controls for an engineering company, further developing my expertise in cost tracking and project setup.

Currently enrolled in trade school studying Carpentry. Previously completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration – Marketing at Conestoga College (Doon Campus). Additionally, I am in progress with Contracts Administration modules to strengthen my knowledge in project and contract management.
