I am a design engineer, i've just retired from a telecommunication company Ciena in ottawa, I am a manager to mange 7 people, I did manage all the project time line and bring value asset to the company
I've just moved back to mississauga and would like to work as a part-time or working from home
I have more than 34 yrs experience as system architect designer, my management fucntion included both technical and people works. In technical I manage and create time line for al projects that target: time to market, cost and efficency. In people management, I make sure all working well as a team, provide work that fit function of each ones in the team, perform daily meeting to review and proceed what need to target to acheive best results.
I hold bachelor degree as electrical engineer
