Law graduate with experience in the Legal Service Industry for over 5 years and with experience in the Telecommunication industry for over 2 years and currently seeking opportunity in the tech field.
My most recent experience is in the telecommunication field where I have been involved since 2021 as customer retention agent and customer service team member for two US based phone carriers, T-mobile and Verizon. As a customer retention agent I was part of the customer loyalty team and I was required to take a resolution based approach for all the escalated calls. My work essentially involved analyzing customer account, manage call frequency, finding best matched phone plans and deals and strategically positioning offers to boost sale while also making the customer feel valued enough to remain a T-mobile customer.
As a customer service representative, I benefitted immensely from my resolution based approach, analytical skills, communication skills and technical know-how that I had mastered while working as a customer retention agent. However, my core skills and expertise have mainly been developed while working in the legal services industry. I have had the opportunity to work with and shadow both litigation lawyers and transaction lawyers following my graduation in 2016.
I have been able to help in legal research, drafting contracts, writing advise based on analysis of laws and regulations, negotiation and maintaining relationship and communication with clients (business, banks or individuals).
My formal education is my bachelors in Law however, since but recently I decided to transition to the tech industry and I have enrolled myself in the Product Management course at Brainstation. The course is focused on Product Strategy, Agile Product Management, Prototyping and Go-To-Market Strategy. The final presentation is an overview of the Strategy, User Stories, MVP Prototype, Go-to-Market Strategy: Product Positioning and Go-to-Market Strategy: Success Metrics.
