I worked as a customer success engineer from May 1, 2019, to January 28, 2023. I have used my skills to resolve the client's issues and provided support to developers. I learned testing, debugging, creating tickets, and CRM software like HubSpot and Salesforce. I used to maintain trackers to save time and keep a good record.
Recently I finished Business Management and learned a lot about business communication and handling business.
