Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food and beverage, and cost controls. As a salad bar manager and assistant chef manager, I have successfully managed teams and ensured that customer service standards are met. I am also skilled in inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
