I’m a Social Programs Manager who loves building programs that actually help people move forward. With over 15 years of experience in community and employability-focused work, I enjoy bringing people, partners, and ideas together to turn good intentions into real, positive impact. I’m known for being organized, approachable, and adaptable, and I care deeply about creating programs that are practical, inclusive, and meaningful for the people they serve.
Throughout my career, I’ve coordinated and managed programs from start to finish, from planning and partnerships to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
My work involves collaborating closely with community organizations, funders, employers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure programs are responsive, well-structured, and grounded in real needs. I’m comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day coordination, supporting staff and participants, and adapting programs as challenges arise.

My educational path began in business administration and project management, where I built strong foundations in organization, planning, coordination, and results-driven thinking. Over time, I intentionally put those skills into practice within the social and community sector, using structured approaches to design and deliver programs that support people rather than processes alone.
To deepen my impact in the field, I pursued certifications in youth mental wellbeing and workshop facilitation, which strengthened my ability to create safe, engaging, and participant-centered learning environments.
