After completing my bachelor degree in 2020, I worked as a Personal & Administrative Assistant for the CEO of a developing company in Guelph, Ontario. My responsibilities were as follows:
In charge of producing and managing multiple complex calendars for the CEO’s company business and private life. Supporting colleagues and executive team members, I would be responsible for problem solving and resourcing feedback from all parties. Continuously looking for opportunities to make improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and family well-being. Conducted time sensitive research to complete proposals and presentations for the executive leadership team. Administrative support includes: executing background research and presenting findings, producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. Handled all domestic and international travel arrangements including private flights, car hire, personalized accommodations, restaurant/vip reservations and social outings. Coordinated communications, tracking requests daily and identifying those that require escalation and resolution. Maintained confidential files & material handling. Coordinated all private functions for the CEO and his family members. Developed and organized inventory (manuals) for private estates. Coordinating all appropriate resources and services to resolve issues.
I am a University of Guelph graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Family Relations & Human Development. My program specialized in working with aging adults, however, my studies extended to all individuals throughout the life span. I am a big advocate for overall health and well-being with a strong focus in yoga. I've learned through my program that having a good knowledge of our bodies and minds as a whole and having access to resources is imperative for attaining a quality life as we age. I incorporate this idea throughout my work and day to day life.
