I am a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working alongside business partners to create meaningful value for the organization. I have extensive FP&A experience managing $4B annual revenues at Ingram Micro which includes forecasting and budgeting the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. I routinely partner with business leaders in sales, product management, operations, digital to provide financial insights & optimize opportunities while mitigating risks. One of my greatest accomplishments at Ingram Micro was to stabilize and build up the FP&A team which suffered from retention issues prior to me joining. This allowed me to gain the confidence and credibility of the business teams who welcomed the partnership from finance.
While at Pitney Bowes supporting the mailing and SaaS business, I was managing the U.S. FP&A and Decision Support operations worth $1.3B in annual revenue. In this role I led the forecasting and budgeting process, managed financial models that tracked customer populations, and was the primary liaison for business cases and decision support for key strategic initiatives. This included analyzing pricing and programs profitability for the company as well as tracking the profitability of various sales channels. One of my greatest accomplishments at Pitney Bowes was spearheading the creation of the product P&Ls which was used in presentation decks to senior management and was adopted by other regions to follow.
At the beginning of my career, I have also held finance roles in the retail and telecommunications sector working at Sears Canada, Canadian Tire and Bell Canada. These positions have allowed me to become a well-rounded finance professional who can adapt to change and solve complex financial problems. One of my greatest accomplishments at Sears Canada was conducting a thorough deep dive analysis which resulted in a $5M settlement win from a large major appliance vendor.
