My three years working at United for Education as a Junior Project Coordinator gave me hands-on experience in Project Management. Performed various functions like managing different phases of projects, stakeholder analysis, developing solutions in the forms of proposals, and developing requirement documents. My role also allowed me to work closely with the organization’s Senior Project Manager in developing project implementation plans and schedules, managing day-to-day tasks, meetings, and project reporting.

I also worked at GaoTek Inc. as a Human Resource Assistant, I assisted the HR team in training and onboarding new hires using current professional guidelines. I prepared presentations, reports, proposals, and correspondence while maintaining organizational standards and procedures. Evidence of my analytical skills and providing solutions and liaising with students can be seen in my responsibilities as a Student Mentor at NCT.

I am a current Project Management student at Fanshawe College where I am gaining in-depth knowledge, competencies, skills, tools, and techniques required to plan and execute projects that achieve organizational goals on time and within budget make me a great candidate for this role.
